Innovative training for DEMAR migration
DEMAR Alliance GmbH develops digital training media (CBT) for the German armed forces and industry in order to efficiently support military and industrial skills development. With practical e-learning solutions, we create sound knowledge transfer for the national military certification system.
Our digital training modules not only impart theoretical knowledge, but also provide targeted preparation for the practical implementation of DEMAR regulations. The content ranges from the basics of military certification to specific role training for CAMOs, IHBs and operating organizations. Through the combination of interactive learning methods and structured knowledge transfer, our CBTs enable effective and sustainable qualification. We draw on the experience of our parent companies CQC Aviation GmbH & Co. KG and AeroImpulse GmbH, which have been successfully active in the aviation and training industry for many years.
The DEMAR Alliance works closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure that training content is practical, up-to-date and compliant with standards. Our goal is to optimize training in the context of the DEMAR migration and to support the German Armed Forces in the safe implementation of the new regulations.

How our e-learning courses are developed
Our e-learnings are created through the perfect combination of in-depth expert knowledge and years of experience in military aviation, as well as an innovative team of e-learning specialists. With an extensive background in the industry, we have developed customized learning content that is not only informative but also engaging. We translate technical and procedural content into modern learning units. Our animation experts bring these topics to life in video-animated and fully dubbed e-learning courses. This is how we create training experiences that are inspiring and effective.
E-learning course
Once you have ordered an e-learning course from us, we register the participants and assign them the learning content. On the learning platform, participants see their training courses and can watch the individual chapters in short video lessons. These can be paused and watched at their own pace. The platform saves progress. This means that learning is possible across devices at any time.

Do you know our book Introduction to DEMAR?
We are pleased to announce that our reference book on military certification in Germany was published at the end of September.
Prof. Dr. Martin Hinsch, Andreas Klarner and Christiane Berlinger have focused on the DEMAR regulatory area in this joint reference book on military certification. This has been used as the standard procedure for the approval of military aircraft and components in the Bundeswehr since 2019. It addresses the requirements for operational organization, personnel qualification, the quality system and the provision of services itself, particularly with the involvement of the commercial sector.
The main aim of the book is to support the successful DEMAR migration by the German Armed Forces and to provide the ever-increasing number of process participants with an initial introduction to the DEMAR standard procedure.
In addition to the numerous initiators from the Bundeswehr and industry, our special thanks go to the Federal Office of Bundeswehr Equipment, Information Technology and In-Service Support (BAAINBw) for their comprehensive technical and content-related support in the production of this book.
